Container packing

 

For safety seaworthy packing, all coils are to be securely strapped at least 4 places with strong iron strapping and wrapped with P.P cloth. And we proceed container packing requirement for orders as below:
   1) Wooden wedges (Pre-fumigated, treated and stamped) to be used for all bottom row coils.
   2) Top row and 2nd top row of coils to be properly secure by wire rod lashing to the hooks/loops at the sides (towards the top) of the container.
   3) Diagonal wire rod lashing to be secured from top to bottom of the container, in front of the first row of coils, just towards the container doors.

  We can load Max.28MT (500kgs/coil) per 20ft container by 3+3+1 packing way as left sketch shows. Each single coil on top properly lashed to the container.

    As right photo show, usually we will use 3+2+1 packing way for the order quantity less than/equal to 27MTs per 20ft container.

     In order to avoid coils fall, workers will lashing wire rod as a 'X' to the hooks at the sides of door.
     Also, we will hang at least 1 set of desiccant moisture absorbent bags (4bags/set) on the hook in the container.
